Conspiracy Theory O.o

Do you ever get that urge, as you walk past your computer innocently sleeping on the table, to stop and check your facebook? (or blogspot, or deviantart, or email?) Not because you’re sure something interesting has happened in the 30 minutes you’ve been away, but because you can’t help yourself?
Or, you have your cell phone and you’re waiting for something to happen, say, at a doctor’s office, and so you pull it out and start texting someone just to do something, not because you actually want to talk?
Or, you walk into a room where people are already watching TV, and you find yourself three hours later on the couch with only a vague recollection of what you just watched?
I think technology contains black holes hidden within them. When you walk too close, you get sucked into the gravitational pull and can only escape with a great energy is exerted to escape from the field.
Surely, this is all a plot by either A – the government, B – the Koch brothers (they secretly rule the world. No, really. Check it out. Creepy.) or C – technology itself. Luring us into a dependency on devices that were created to make our lives easier, and now make our lives almost impossible to live without.
RUN AWAY! (Now quick! Run back to read the rest of this!)
It’s all a giant conspiracy man…

Or, I could just be avoiding homework. Surely, this all can’t be explained away by procrastination and human weakness on my part…
Conspiracy. There are Black Holes in Technology.

  2. ^.^ And surely I'm not still avoiding my homework by reading that website you posted (hilarious!) and bumming around here =)

You ever notice how if you walk further than 10 ft away from technology, you can usually avoid it, but if its like, 4 ft or closer, its much harder to? Black hole theory!
